Sorocaba Swimming to challenge for 2022 Regional Games medals in Santana do Parnaiba this weekend (10th and 11th) – Agência de Notícias

The regular SEAS/CCS/Sequav swimming team will advance 20 athletes to medal contention this weekend at the 64th edition of the 2022 State of São Paulo Regional Games. (10 and 11), at “Imideo Giusepe Nérici”/Complexo Esportivo Educacional Imideo Municipal College, Santana de Parnaíba (SP).

The regional games end this Sunday (11) in different cities of the state of São Paulo. The state’s eight sports regions are competing with each other to qualify their athletes for the domestic games to be held in San Sebastião (SP) in October.

In addition to Sorocaba, delegations from Avare, Itapetininga, Itu, Jundiai, Salto, Santana de Parnaiba and San Roque participate in the Lohi conflict. There will be 39 events in freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke and medley. Sorocaba, under the technical direction of Kelly Licia Machado de Sales, will participate in all these seasons.
